By downloading and using our Application, you consent to providing your agreement to our advertising partners.

Retention of your personal data

Delete your personal data
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data we have collected about you.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided to us.

Business transactions

3. Children’s privacy

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
5. Data relating to participation in TikTok competitions
Explicit consent
By using this Application, you explicitly consent to our use of the music and logos you upload for advertising purposes on TikTok. You understand that this content will be used as part of our advertising campaigns.
Data collection
We collect the music and logos you upload in the Application. This data is used exclusively for advertising purposes on TikTok.
Intellectual property rights
By uploading music and logos to this Application, you assign all intellectual property rights associated with this content, allowing us to use it for advertising purposes on TikTok.
Retention period
We retain your music and logos for an indefinite period from the date of upload. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will then delete your data.
Data security
We take appropriate security measures to protect the data you upload to the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Sharing with third parties
We may share the music and logos you upload with third parties for use in advertising campaigns on TikTok. These third parties are required to comply with our Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data within a reasonable period in accordance with our data retention policy.
